Product Description

Polysorbate is a hydrophilic and nonionic surfactant.It is safe and nontoxic to add it in food as emulsifier when properly used in accordance with GB2760-2011.There are various items because of different fatty acids.The HLB value is 9.6-16.7.It can dissolve or disperse in water,alcohol and other polar oragnic solvents,with the funciton of emulsification,solubilization and stabilization.

Light yellow liquid, easy soluble in water, soluble in ethanol, vegetable oil, ethyl acetate, methanol and toluene, insoluble in mineral oil. It is gelatinized at low temperature, it has special odor, slightly bitter taste.
